Returns / Refunds
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us by phone or email and obtain the correct returns shipping address to return the unused portion.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed within 24hrs, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account you used to make your purchase, within 5* business days.
If you would like to cancel your order call us immediately, as all orders are processed and fulfilled automatically every 2 hours by our warehouse.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for shipping charges in both directions. First to you, then the return charges to our facility.
Refunds will be issued less these charges and only to the account used to make the original purchase after the package has been inspected and cleared of any tampering or damages.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If it has been 2 weeks and you still haven't received your refund please first check to make sure it has been 10 full business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Next, make sure you were checking the account you made the original purchase with, as we will only refund to that same account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send an email or call us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace your item(s) if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or call to arrange return shipping and obtain the correct return shipping address.
You are responsible for the shipping costs on return items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Funds are usually returned to your account within 5 business days, but sometimes it takes up to 10 not including weekends and holidays.
**You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
