As soon as your order is placed you'll be taken to a Thank You page, as well as receive a confirmation email.
This means that your card was charged successfully and your order will be processed, and shipped from the warehouse within one business day.
Most orders placed before 11am CST will ship same day.
We will send you a second email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you have not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days please email us at email@example.com.

Damages and Tampering
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
If you notice any damage to the parcel that may have harmed it's contents, call the carrier immediately, notify them and ask for further instructions.
If your order does appear damaged please take pictures before opening the box it came in.
If your item(s) are unharmed enjoy,
but if they also appear damaged or tampered with please again take pictures and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order information and we will get in touch with you immediately.
If you would like to cancel your order call us immediately!
Your order is fulfilled automatically by our warehouse 24hrs/day and we cannot guarantee we will catch it in time but will do our best.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for shipping charges in both directions.
Refunds will be issued less these charges and only to the original credit card that was used to place the order.
