As soon as your order is placed you'll be taken to a Thank You page, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
This means that your card was charged successfully and your order will be processed, and shipped from the warehouse within one business day.
We will send you a second email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days please email us at email@example.com.

Damages and Tampering
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery (if applicable).
If your order does appear damaged please take pictures before opening the box it came in.
If your item(s) are unharmed enjoy, but if they also appear damaged or tampered with please again take pictures and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order information and we will get in touch with you immediately.
If you would like to cancel your order call us immediately, as we process and ship all orders as they come in.
If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges in both directions.
Refunds will be issued less these charges and only to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
